Hi, my housemate… enjoys reading Susun's books.

Dear Susun,

I just came across your beautiful article on vaginal distress…

There are many women trying to deal with this holistically but seem to be very little written about it from this perspective—what a blessing to find your article!

Many thanks,
Kristina

Dear Susun:

I am eternally grateful for your website and information regarding breast health. … In April, I discovered your website and invested time into exploring poke root, dandelion blossom and violet oils. I ordered them from a reputable herb company and began to use them. (I also started taking violet leaf tincture.) I was amazed at how quickly my cysts dissolved. In a matter of ten days they were almost gone and my breasts are back to normal. My pain has almost completely dissipated and I am still using the oils… I thank you again for your enlightening, helpful and lifesaving advice.

Thanks a million,
Jennifer

Hi Karen Joy-

…I am excited to finally be able to take a traditional herbal course. I have been self taught for 20 years, but never had the opportunity to learn directly from someone else. Very thrilling!! I wanted to start out using this course and then just work through all of Susun's one at a time. I don't mind knowing some things, never have I felt I knew any herb fully. I am also fine with just having automatic deducted every month. I get paid automatically on the 1st anyways, so it will just work seamlessly as it is.

I write for a living, and hope to share my experience with my readers too.

Blessings to you, Karen. I enjoy reading your words on the email list and look forward to learning more from Susun.

Amy

I really appreciate your imput and all of Susuns information. We did speak in the past and as usual you were such a comfort to me with your wise words .
Be well and enjoy the weekend.

Greetings...

I just signed up for your newsletter... I was looking through your site for some information on Candida Albicans.

Sandor Katz is at the Academy teaching this weekend and he mentioned your site and an article. We are webcasting his class live, a fun new adventure you may be interested in at some point.

I have had Susun's books for years and have found them to be a staple on my book shelves.

Blessings

Hi Susun,

I am a 58 year old women who has been gardening for 35+ years.

Recently I saw a write up of you in the Herbalist's Way. My first impression was , I can relate to what you had to say.

I am feeling too old to take any kind of apprenticeship course. Yet feeling so compelled to learn more. Partly because of what I do know and also the importance of having 3 grandchildren to pass on real knowledge.

It is so important in my mind that we pass on knowledge of the connectedness that I feel out there when I work in the garden.

Thank you for all the work you do.

Regards, Alice

Really finding your menopause book so helpful, encouraging ~ so thank you for that; anything else will be a bonus. I may well try and book to come on the Findhorn course ~ especially if you think it would be beneficial.

Hi

I would like to purchase one of your books The Childbearing Year by Susun S.
Weed ...one of my good companion through all my pregnancies… i will appreciate it because I read this book that my midwife gave me and now i want it to be part of my
library on natural remedies and herbs, so my daughter could have it in the
future, give thanks to mother earth and her loving wisdom!

Greetings Karen Joy!

Thanks for the lovely order...so far so great!

I love Susun's singing on the chant CD. I have one question... I'm a voice teacher by trade and also studied music transcription. I would LOVE to see more goddess chants transcribed, and even to put together a book of chants. Would Susun be interested in such a project, using the Wise Woman Center chants, or some other compilation?

Basically, I'd love to put myself out there as someone who loves written music (just as I love books) and would love to see women's music documented on a page.

Best wishes,

Julie

Hi

Dear Susun,

Thank you for keeping me on your email distribution list. It is so refreshing everytime I open your website, I could never get enough. I would love to take one of your workshops but unfortunately it's out of my reach. Would you ever consider having one in New York City? Us city girls do love the country life but it's difficult to get out there because of no transportation.

Thanks again for the words of wisdom.

Have a wonderful summer!

Merry Greetings Susun,

Dear wonder people who are invovled with these teachings, thankyou so much.

Big love
Karen

Dear Susun,

I also have a tipped uterus. The article is a revelation to me. I have not yet had time to study it fully but know it will be of great benefit and I thank you.

Subject: June 14 class

I would like to thank you Ms. Weed, for your teachings last Saturday. It was very interesting for me and enlightening. I bought some books at the end of class, and I have looked thru them and I am grateful you wrote them. It is very interesting, your background, and the knowledge you have.

I Just wanted again to thank you and the plants and wish much blessings on you and your family, and the plants and goats.

Brightest Blessings

Julie

I was reading your information on menopause and specifically hot flashes, and the article MAMMOGRAMS ARE INACCURATE was an eyeopener and I would like very much to share this with family and friends.

Hi Susun:

I am so amazed by your website and the information I read today. I don't
know how I hadn't found it before. I have seen other sites on herbalism but
they were all like flat notes on a piano compared to yours.

I have, for a long time, wanted to take a course on herbalism but never
found one that motivated me to actually take the plunge.

Peace,
Pamela

Blessings Karen,

I just wanted to jot off a quick email to commend {you} Herbhealing for the prompt mailout of the books that I ordered. I am located in Ontario Canada so I assumed it would take the usual 6 to 8 weeks for my order to arrive. Imagine my surprise to discover that my books arrived in (I believe) less then two.

Anyways, I want to write and tell you how much I appreciated the effort it takes for your organization to run, what appears, effortlessly. Please pass this message on to all those responsible.

In light and love,
Thelma
P.S. I love that Healing Wise is signed by Susun Weed!!!!!

Dear Susun

I have read your article "Herbs for fertility" and "Fertility after forty". After I read them, I felt very supported by what you wrote in the book. I am 43 years old …

Your sincerely

Dear Susun & Family ~

WOW! What an incredible opportunity! I felt compelled to respond despite the fact that I am in the midst of relocating to Maine. This would be the perfect position for me, but the timing is just a tad off. SO wish I could apply, but in the meantime, I bid all of you PEACE, JOY & Green BLESSINGS!

Thank you for being such a strong influence along my path!
With Grace & Thanksgiving,
Anne

Dear Susun and Associates,

I was so amazed to see you email looking for an employee! I have admired you
from afar. I am a self taught herbalist, using your books as a long distant
guide…

Dear Susun,

No, I don't live near Woodstock, but I absolutely wish I did. I have corresponded often with your daughter, have and *live* all your books, gobble up the newsletter, read and re-read forums, and would be incredibly honored to be your personal assistant. For now, I carry on your work here in the central city and rural area of NH.

Whoever gets the position will be one blessed green witch. Good luck with your search and bright blessings to you.

BTW, if there is any component of the position that can be done via email, such as editing, proofreading, etc., I'm your witch. Just let me know. In any case, all the best to you and the healing of the dark when it comes.

Be well,

Marirose

Hi, Susun.

I enjoyed your Plants of the Summer Soltice walk yesterday very much, and I had to relate the following:

I dislocated my shoulder bicycling on Memorial Day and it has been fairly ache-y as it heals up. I chewed two willow leaves during our walk, more out of curiosity as to flavor than as an experiment in analgesia. Later that night I drove home to northern Westchester and, when my arm twinged sometime after midnight I realized that I had not felt any discomfort whatsoever for the last five or six hours. Anywhere in my body. Zero stomach discomfort. I am now considering making a tincture of willow leaves and cider vinegar. There is a beautiful willow across the street in a wetlands drainage area. An enormous turtle (or tortoise, I don’t know yet) lives there as well. She is an ancient and lovely creature, and allowed my spouse and me to see and admire her for a long time as she watched us from alert eyes in a head and neck at least the thickness of my wrist. Two feet in diameter seems like an underestimate, hard to believe, I know.

Warm regards,

John

I would dearly love to apply for post of your personal assistant but, unfortunately, live a long way from Woodstock. I'm in Glasgow, Scotland. However, I would be delighted to offer you any assistance you need, when you visit Findhorn later this year. Also, if you pass through Glasgow on your way to/ from Findhorm we would love to extend our hospitality for a meal or overnight stay-anything that would make your travels easier. I am a writer and city plantswoman and I would be honoured to extand the hand of welcome/help to you.and yours.

I don't live close to Woodstock as I live in the Adirondacks, but I would love to help Susun if she wants some help! I want to be an apprentice this summer, but I am having difficulty getting some help with my animals for the length of time I need to be there. I will keep trying to find the reliable help until the last spot is gone.

If you want me to come down to help just let me know what times and dates and I will make arrangements as necessary.

In eagerness,
Stephanie

Hello,

My name is Michelle. I've been visiting your site regularly for about a year now and I've always loved that you do apprenticeships working with herbs and the body. Herbs are a big part of my practice, rather, my life and I would love to help you in Woodstock, in fact, that would be amazing! I do not, however, live close to your home at all, I'm from Sinking Spring PA. I figured I'd throw my name out there just in case you are unable to find someone close to help you out, I would not think twice about packing up and heading up there.

Have a beautiful day : )

<3 Blessings

Hello,

I am really enjoying your website. Whoever did your website did a fabulous
job!

… Thank you, Marna

thanks, Karen Joy......

I really just appreciate all the work that you and Susun have been doing over the years. My life has been made richer because of it.

Anyway, again thanks for the work you all do. One of my friends in the Bay Area is a green witch who had the privilege of being apprenticed by Susun some years ago. That's how I came to hear about Susun's work, and start reading her works as well. I would count it an honor to be able to help Susun on a part time basis because of the impact she's had on my life.

Love and green blessings to you all!!!!!!!

DD (Green Mama D)

… Thank you for your wonderful site...

I came across it today when I was looking for dryness of my vagina. I have found some useful information and will certainly read the site regularly. It seems to me having also this very day an hour before i found your site, I found a nautilus shell washed up on the beach, rare.. slightly broken but how wonderful. Nothing is perfect in life and I always remember the Indian weavers who leave a flaw in their perfect work to remind us of this fact...

Have a wonderful day
Blessings to you and all connected with you
Elise

Hello,

I spoke to Susun about two weeks ago . . .what a pleasure and a nice surprise, as I didn't think she would actually take calls! I am 49 y/o, still menstruating and hoping to have a menopausal baby. Susun corrected me and told me I am definitely menopausal and not peri-menopausal, as western doctors like to say. And I thank her for "empowering" me.

Karen V.

I've been reading your books/web info for years now -- got through menopause mostly on the strength of the approach(es) you suggested, and I'm a believer :)

Thanks,
Meredith

HI-
I'm in New Mexico and have been thinking of doing one of your correspondence courses…

I really like that you make it easy with monthly payments of $50 automatically withdrawn -- this makes it so doable for me!

Kristen

Hi Karen,

Received the CD last week and just love it. It's just so awesome to have women's songs. Singing along with the songs uplifts me so much.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to those involved. I will be playing the CD in our Woman's Circle that my friends and I have started, to celebrate the femine energy.

Green Blessings,

Leanne
