Your Intuitive Dreams ...
Love-Healing Medicine
by sHEALy (Sherry Healy)

Love is a powerful healer. And while all types of love can help create a healing energy, the love one experiences from a healthy and intimate relationship is ultimately the strongest of energies.

Understanding that you have the power to create a healthy relationship is the first step toward creating that amazing healing energy. Below, you will find a check list that will help you recognize if your relationship is a healthy one.

Your relationship is as healthy as you make it.

A healthy relationship is occurring when……
you have fun and laugh together
you each feel as if you can be yourself in front of each other
you can have different opinions and interests and not feel competitive
you listen to each other and try to understand each others emotions
you trust each other and are able to be honest
you can each compromise, apologize, and forgive
you don't have to always be together
you can experience separate friendships
you each are concerned about the others beliefs and ability to live within their boundaries
you each are aware of the others personal dreams and ability to achieve those dreams

As you achieve a healthier relationship with yourself, your self esteem will reach its highest and your desire to achieve your relationship goals will realized. Below, you will find a helpful exercise that will help you get to know yourself better.

Your self-esteem is how you feel about you.

You can build your self esteem if you…..
do not focus on mistakes, look at your strengths
do not blame yourself for the way other people react to you
do make yourself aware of your own opinions and attitudes
do work toward achieving your dreams
do allow others to get to know you
