http://www.hedgerowmedicine.com/ Britain's hedgerows and countryside abound with medicinal plants that are a wild and free resource for better health. While the site is British in focus, wherever you live there will be weeds and other healing plants all around you. Information is given on 50 common plants, many of them found around the world, and is linked to a book of the same name. There is a free email newsletter with seasonal updates and recipes, and listings of workshops and herbwalks. Hopefully it will inspire you to go out and harvest and make your own herbal medicines!

http://www.pathwaystospirit.org/ Pathways to Spirit is a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the provision of material assistance to and cultural preservation of Native Americans on the reservations of South Dakota and along the Front Range of Colorado. Pathways seeks the easing of the effects of poverty, the reduction of discrimination, and the transmission of Native American languages and way of life across generations. The organization pursues this mission through direct provision of goods and services, education and training, and evolving partnerships with other organizations.

http://www.southwestsemester.com/ The Traditional Skills Semester Program is an intensive immersion into traditional living, natural history, and Native American cultures of the Southwest. Held at our basecamp north of Flagstaff, students will have the chance to explore the mountains, high desert, and canyonlands while learning from archeologists, trackers and Native elders while living in the wilds for 9 weeks. Students will learn how to forage for wild plants, make primitive pottery, braintan buckskin, and go on numerous primitive walkabouts to apply their skills. Fieldtrips to the tribal villages of Supai and Hopi will also enable us to spend time learning from those who have walked this land for thousands of years.

http://www.whitefeatherart.net/ Sue established this website as a simple gift--as a place of refuge from the daily busy-ness of life. She has been journeying as an artist since childhood. Her art is closely linked to her personal, emotional, and spiritual process, and has accompanied her life transformation. She receives much joy from time spent in natural surroundings, and her photographs reflect this experience. In addition, Sue's website includes writings from her personal journal. Sue encourages others to open to the process and change of their own lives. She invites all to join her in celebrating the richness of the natural world.
