Issues for People with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue

I want to empower and teach by bringing to the attention of suffers of Fibromyalgia and Chronic fatigue Syndrome, ME. the following simple fact:
Each and every time you have a period of tiredness, or aching limbs it is because your body is communicating with you.
Your body is trying to flag to you that you have something to look at. That something will be an issue. What is an issue?
An issue is emotional baggage you have stored in your body’s tissues. It is so well packed in that it is overwhelming the body to such an extent that you cannot move, either through tiredness or pain. The tissues literally wind up with the emotional energy that is stored there. They lock and freeze, so pain ensues. Anyone who has a pain has the same cause.
The pain of looking at emotional baggage is sometimes too much to bear, but the consequences of not looking at it is also too much to bear. So you have a choice: put up with your symptoms and the tiredness and aching or look at the issues and clear the pain of both.
You can start small and notice on a daily basis wha t or who is pushing your buttons. When your buttons are pushed an issue is being flagged. Once you recognize an issue, what do you do? To clear it, you have to own it, recognize it. Say, “This is an issue for me. It no longer serves me. I wish to let it go. It may be that you need to cry. If so, allow the tears to flow. It is good to cry.
Some issues are complex and part of a bigger event that occurred in your life. You need to make a list of the big events, brainstorm them. Include events and family interactions and other relationships that have caused you great traumas. This is a very brave thing to do. Even the act of looking at these issues in this way will begin a clearing. Once you get into the swing of doing this, it will become easier.
Using a pendulum or simple muscle testing can help you. These techniques are easy to learn and helpful tools in finding out the truth of issues. You can also ask spirit or your guardian angels to help.
It may be that you need to see a therapist to help you with your issues. Flower essence therapists and energy healers are good at helping you remove stuck stubborn energy and reveal those hidden issues that you did not know were there.
If you have a pain or tiredness, your body is telling you something. Play detective and find out what it is. You can then be in control rather than your dis-ease being in control of you.
